Description
The 65Cu(e, e' p0) coincidence cross section at θe' = 30deg and φp = -90deg is measured at θp = 0deg -180deg in the giant dipole resonance energy region. The present geometrical setup is selected to enhance the Coulomb multipole strength. The angular distribution obtained is decomposed into a Legendre series and analyzed by the theory of Kleppinger and Walecka. The result shows the success in geometrically obtaining the contribution of electric quadrupole excitation. (author)
