Thermodynamic study of ternary systems Rb+, Mg2+ parallel Cl- - H2O and Cs+, Mg2+ parallel C; --H2O at 25 grad C
- 1. Leningradskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Leningrad (Russian Federation)
Description
The solubility and activity of water in the systems mentioned were ascertained experimentally. It is shown that solubility isotherms, calculated using the Pitzer equations on the basis of data on the composition of solid phase and water activity in binary and ternary systems, agree well with the experimental results obtained. Free energies of rubidium and cesium carnallites formation were calculated
