Nonlocal electron hydrodynamics of plasma

Description
The system of generalized equations of electron hydrodynamics in plasma under conditions, when the length of electrons free run is not small as compared to the non-uniformity scale, is formulated. The basic assumption by derivation of these equations consists in insignificant amount of deviation of distribution electron function from local thermodynamic equilibrium. Electron collisions are considered within the range of high ion charge. 27 refs., 14 figs
