Description
It is shown by single factor, simulation experiments and industrial trials that the level of chloramphenicol residue by electronic beam irradiation could be degraded to less than 0.1 μg/kg with the electronic beam energy of 10 MeV, dosage rate of 0.35 kGy/s and the absorption dose of 6 kGy
