Main ring electron cooling device computer control system of HIRFL-CSR (Heavy Ion Research Facility of Lanzhou-Cooling Store Ring) has been introduced. It includes three parts: system design, hardware structure and program software. The computer control system realize web style operate interface, and makes the control more convenient, veliable and stable. (authors)
