Quantitative determination of ferrite content in chromium-nickel steel welds
Description
To develop the method of quantitative determination of ferrite in welded joints of chromium-nickel steels, an attempt has been made to improve the method of magnetic saturation by more precise determining the value of ferrite saturation magnetization and by introducing the correlation between the percent content of ferrite and ferrite numbers recommended by International Institute of Standards for measuring the content of delta-ferrite in welded joint metal of chromium-nickel steels
