Description

Neasurement results are given for the effective temperature of distributed cosmic radio emission at 200 and 375 MHz along declinations delta=-10 deg, 0 deg, 15 deg 30', 27 deg, 35 deg and 50 deg 30' with the angular resolution of 7 deg x 7 deg. The spectrum of the cosmic radio emission has been defined at points where the given circles delta=const cross the Galaxy plane. In the frames of the method of T-T-diagrams variations of the differential spectrum is investigation of the cosmic radio background at high and intermediate galactic latitudes (b > 10 deg). A variant of the analysis is suggested of T-T-diagrams for regions of the sky, where the spectral index of the galactic radio emission βsub(gal) depends on the direction of observation. A nap has been built of βsub(gal) in the region 12sup(h) <= α < 21sup(h), -10 deg <delta <= 50 deg 30'
