Percolation behaviour of weakly bonded metallooxide superconductors

Description
Percolation regularities on the samples of X-ray single-phase YBa2Cu3Ox compound with different x values are studied. Superconducting phase content in the investigated samples is from 30 to 100 %, their critical temperature along the centre of resistive transition varied from 10 to 90 K. Temperature dependence of resistance of metallooxide ceramics and resistance critical index dependence on the value of drawing transport current are presented. All samples manifested exponential critical behaviour R(T), but in different width intervals. It is stated that exponential mode increase up to maximum value is also typical of the system diamagnetic response as a function of thermostat temperature
