Particle production in hadron-hadron collisions in a dual multi-string fragmentation model
Description
The physical mechanism responsible for the violation of the Kola-Nolsen-Olesen (KNO) scaling behaviour within a dual multi-string fragmentation model is studied. Three different features concerning the multiplicity distributions are discussed and presented graphically. Agreement has been found between the non-KNO-scaling behaviour of experimental data and the model
