To problem of conditional and complete averages of transverse velocity in turbulent flows under conditions of intermittency

Description
New method of calculation of conditional and complete averages of transverse velocity in intermittent turbulent flows is proposed. Comparison between the results of experiments and calculations of transverse velocity and axial-symmetric jet, in the trail down steam the round cylinder and in the external area of wall boundary layer showed close fit.
