Description
The work is aimed at creating in the Nb/Cu-type superconducting resonators the working layer in form of the Nb/NbN two-layer and NbN/Nb/NbN three-layer films. Such films and structures were obtained in the single technological cycle at the ALCATEL vacuum facility with application of the planar-type magnetron, operating on the direct current. Application of the modernized axial magnetron, providing for greater sputtering rate and creation of the NbN/Nb two-layer or NbN/Nb/NbN three-layer structures of the working layer may make it possible to increase the Bc1 critical filed and consequently to move away the boundary of appearing the nonquadratic losses and decrease their growth
Abstract (Russian)
Цель работы - создание в сверхпроводящих резонаторах типа Nb/Cu рабочего слоя в виде двухслойных Nb/NbN и трехслойных NbN/Nb/NbN пленок. Такие пленки и структуры были приготовлены в едином технологическом цикле на вакуумной установке ALKATEL с использованием магнетрона планарного типа, работающего на постоянном токе. Применение усовершенствованного аксиального магнетрона, обеспечивающего большую скорость напыления, и создание двухслойных NbN/Nb и трехслойных NbN/Nb/NbN структур рабочего слоя может позволить увеличить критическое поле Вc1 и, следовательно, отодвинуть границу появления неквадратичных потерь и уменьшить их ростAdditional details
