Microstructure features of in-situ component deformation and destruction

Description

Refractory in Situ composites which were obtained by electron-beam technology in deep vacuum were studied. Processes of micro- and macro plastic deformation of heterophase carbide quasi-eutectic system in the 300-2300 K range are considered. The developed alloys can be used as a base for creation of wear resistant with high-temperature strength construction materials
