Effect of γ-irradiation on destruction of polyurethanes
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev (Ukraine). Inst. Organicheskoj Khimii
Description
Different doses of γ-radiation have been studied for their effect on the destruction of linear and netlike polyurethanes. It is found that at γ-irradiation of polymers with doses higher than 1x105 the destruction processes related to radiation-chemical changes occur in polymers which cause changes in their physico-chemical parameters. It is shown possible to selectively regulate period of polyurethanes destruction by their γ-irradiation. (author)
