Study of the interaction reaction of 2-chloromethyloxirane with some ethers of l-tyrosine

Description

Glycerin and its many derivatives have long attracted the attention of researchers as a medicine. This is due to the fact that glycerin itself is a metabolic product of plants and animals. Therefore, the main direction of research was the creation the new methods for obtaining of aromatic derivatives of glycerol, including 2-chloromethyloxirane based on a number of aromatic amino acids. Therefore, taking into account the attractiveness of glycerol and its derivative 2-chloromethyloxirane, the new derivatives of glycerol based on aromatic amino acids have been synthesized in order to study their physicochemical and biological properties. Among the derivatives of 2-chloromethyloxirane obtained, the corresponding types of synthesis, the conditions for the introduction of some functional groups, significant improvements and the development of new methods of preparation, the study of the reactivity by carrying out various chemical transformations, the identification of a relationship between the species, the determination of regularity under the influence of electron impact, the study of their pharmacological activity, the defining of dependence of chemical structure with a biological property, as well as the area of their practical application based on a number of aromatic amino acids, have not been studied until now. For the first time, the optimal conditions for the methods of synthesis of new derivatives of 2-chloromethyloxirane with some esters of aromatic amino acids have been found, their composition and structure have been determined. For the first time, the optimal conditions for the synthesis of new derivatives of 2-chloromethyloxirane, which have in their molecule residues of a number of aromatic amino acids, have been developed, and their physicochemical properties have been studied. For the first time, the behavior of 2-chloro-methyloxirane derivatives with residues of a number of aromatic amino acids under the influence of electron impact has been studied. (author)
