Deformation effect on the state of amorphous alloy surface layers

Description

Deformation and destruction of Fe68Mo10P13C9 and Fe73Mo5P13C9 amorphous metallic alloys at single-axis supporting in the initial and annealed states are studied using exoelectron emission (EEE) recording technique. Dependence of EEE intensity on the rate of supporting and on the temperature of annealing linked with structure state and with composition of surface layers of amorphous strips is determined. Structure reconstruction of surface layers up to crystalline states reconstruction linked with chemical composition occur during deformation, while thickness and structure of these layers depend on parameters of supporting and initial state of alloys. 7 refs.; 6 figs
