Theoretical calculation both hole formation energy and oxygen vacancies annealing in the quartz glasses inducing by the thermally-radiation method

Description

It is shown, that under a irradiation dose increase the radiation defects amount in quartz glasses tends to ultimate value. The expression for definition of radiation defects amount is derived by semiempirical method. Hole-formation energies (e.a. the structural voids formation, essential for oxygen atoms non-bridge dislocation) and oxygen vacancies annealing are calculated
