Computed tomography diagnosis of an atheromatous aneurysm of a right aberrant subclavian artery

Description
A patient presented with an asymptomatic mass which was found to be an atheromatous aneurysm of an aberrant right subclavian artery. Diagnosis was made by computed tomography. It is proposed that CT be carried out before arteriography for the diagnosis of congenital abnormalities of the aortic arches and great vessels. (orig.)
