Effect of Sb2Se3 on thermoelectric properties of Bi2TeTesub(3-x)Sesub(x) (x=0.12;0.6) alloys
Description
Studied are thermoelectric properties of Bisub(2)Tesub(3-x)Sesub(x)sbsub(2)Sesub(3) system alloys where x=0.12 and x=0.6. The thermoelectric efficiency coefficient is shown to drop in the first system as the second component is added; and in the second one it passes through the maximum at 6 mol% of Sb2Se3
