Separation of 111Ag from neutron irradiated natural palladium

Description
Palladium and silver (111Ag) are sorbed as complex amine cations on AG 50W-X8 cation exchanger. 111Ag is selectively eluted with 0.5 M NaCl solution. >85% 111Ag is recovered with <1 μg/ml palladium as an impurity. (orig.)
