On plasma pressure of vacuum-arc discharge on metal
Description
At is demonstrated that the droplets ejected from the discharge cell during its ebullition provide a homogeneous ion distribution in the cathode thereby serving to organization plasma pressure on the metal surface in the discharge cell.
