Intrinsic domain wall pinning in Hf (Fe0.5Al0.5)2
Description
The magnetization vs temperature curve for Hf (Fe0.5Al0.5)2 in low applied field presents a maximum and also an irreversibility up to near the Curie temperature. For temperatures lower than 7K a critical field exists in the virgin magnetization curves. An exponential temperature decrease of the coercive field is observed. The time effect in the demagnetization region of the hysteresis loop was measured and it is related to the wall deformation. (A.C.A.S.)

A curva de magnetizacao vs temperatura para Hf (Fe0.5Al0.5)2 em campo fraco aplicado apresenta um maximo e tambem uma irreversibilidade ate proximo a temperatura de Curie. Para temperaturas menores que 7K um campo critico existe nas curvas virgens de magnetizacao. Um decaimento exponencial da temperatura do campo coercivo e observado. O efeito do tempo na regiao de demagnetizacao do loop de histerese foi medida e esta relacionada a deformacao das paredes. (A.C.A.S.)Files
