Superhyperfine structure in ESR spectra of Eu2+ ions in PbTe thin films

Description
Results of investigations into electrophysical properties and electron spin resonance (ESR) of PbTe:Eu epitaxial layers (pressure of EuTe vapours is by several orders lower, than that of PbTe ones) grown by using laser epitaxial growth technique, are given. The conducted complex studies of PbTe:Eu films show, that laser epitaxy technique allows to reach high degree of congruence of evaporation of target substance, to obtain layers of essentially higher perfection, than monocrystals, to dope films using different impurities even when pressure of impurity vapours differs greatly from that of the main substance vapour
