Fluorolon coatings of large-size equipment of radiation-protection technique
Description
Practical experience is described of heat treated fluoroplast coating utilization for large-sized equipment of radiation protection equipment. For the purposes of study the enamel has been chosen of the composition (mass %): fluoroplast - 9.6, butyl acetate - 63.7, acetone - 21.3, calcium fluoride - 3.8 titanium dioxide - 1.6. The coating heat treatment has been carried out by slow heating (1 grad/min) up to 270 deg C and gradual cooling in a furnace. After heat treatment no imperfections caused by any temperature - temporal deviations have been observed. It is shown that the technology of spraying and heat treatment of fluoroplast coating described can be used in the projects of plant production lines of colouring radiation protection equipment articles
