Effect of low-energy He-Ne laser irradiation on DNA-synthesis

Description
Incorporation of 3H-thymidine and changes of the cell number were measured in in-vitro cultures of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells after single or several irradiations by 1-5 joule/cm2 He-Ne laser radiation. Both parameters decreased with single irradiation steps but they increased after 10 or more irradiation steps. (L.E.)
