Description
The aim of the paper is to determine rigidity and strength of various lower lattices (LL) of the WWER reactor fuel assemblies. Change of the WWER-440 fuel assembly LL design was found to increase its rigidity by 4.3 times and its strength - by 3.5 times. The agreement of the experimental values with the ones calculated on the basis of the solid finite-element models is within 0-8% accuracy
Abstract (Russian)
Цель работы - определить жесткость и прочность нижних решеток (НР) различных конструкций кассет реакторов ВВЭР. Установлено, что изменение конструкции НР кассеты ВВЭР-440 увеличивает ее жесткость в 4,3 раза и прочность - в 3,5 раза. Совпадение экспериментальных значений с расчетными, полученными при использовании объемных конечно-элементных моделей, совпадают в пределах 0-8%Additional details
