Influence of time and space resolution on dispersion of radionuclides and radioecological assessment in the marine environment
Description
In connection with radiological assessments, it is necessary to cover large distances (> 1000 km) and long time-scales (centuries or millenniums). Another feature of the radiological assessment of discharges of radionuclides to the marine environment is the necessity to investigate simultaneously the processes of transport, transfer and uptake of radionuclides from sources to doses for man. Box-model analysis is available for these purposes
