Description
The Ioneda effect in the ultrasoft X-ray range is confirmed experimentally. The Ioneda effect manifests itself in the occurence of an additional maximum in the angular distribution of scattered radiation (radiation indicatrix) when the grazing angles of incident radiation are wider than the critical angle of total external reflection. The indicatrices of scattering of different wave radiation by hexagonal boron nitride are studied at different incident grazing angles
