Structure stability maps for MLn2X4 compounds

Description
Structure type data for MLn2X4 (Ln=La-Lu, Sc, Y; M=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Mn, Fe, Zn, Cd, Pb; X=S, Se) compounds are systematized. Structure stability maps are designed and analyzed comparatively. Predictions are made concerning structure formation for unstudied sulfides and selenides. Future applications of the structure stability maps and their integration into databases are outlined

Систематизированы данные по структурным типам соединений MLn2X4 (Ln=La-Lu, Sc, Y; M=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Mn, Fe, Zn, Cd, Pb; X=S, Se). Построены карты устойчивости структурных типов, проведен их сравнительный анализ, сделан прогноз относительно возможного структурообразования для еще не изученных сульфидных и селенидных соединений.
