Description

A technique to obtain particle size distributions from small-angle scattering data is suggested. It is applicable to systems of particles of arbitrary but identical shape, roughly equiaxial particles of various shapes, and particles of unknown shape. The procedure involved in the determination of the micropore sizes in Pt+Al2O3 catalysts is demonstrated. (author)
