Dynamics of low-latitudinal boundary of penetration of low-energy solar protons in the magnetosphere
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR). Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki
Description
Dynamics of low-latitudinal (equatorial) boundary of penetration of solar Esub(p)>approximately 1 MeV protons during geomagnetic disturbance of different power according to observations by means of polar satellites ''Kosmos'' and ''Interkosmos- 17'' in 1972-1979 is investigated. The most relative displacement of the boundary at the growth of the level of geomagnetic disturbance is shown to be observed in afternoon and evening hours
