Description
A study was performed to compare Kjeldahl-Rittenberg procedures with automated nitrogen and carbon analyser mass spectrometer techniques for the determination of nitrogen isotope ratios of plant and soil samples. The results indicated a very close agreement for total nitrogen content and 15N concentration measurements determined by the two methods. 2 refs, 2 figs
