A short review of development of Kurnakov theory about connection of chemical compound thermal stability between curve curvature of monovariant equilibrium in melting point. Quantitative methods for estimation of dissociation degree of the compounds (on the tellurids example) on the basis of data of phase equilibria as well as on the basis of model ideas of the solution chemical thermodynamicS is worked out
