Studies on the structure of Mo(3) and Mo(4) oxalate complexes
Description
By applying the vibrational spectroscopy and magnetochemical methods it was shown that Mo(3) and Mo(4) oxooxalates prepared by Wardlaw of the formulae Mo(OH)C2O4.3HO and MoO(C2O4).3H2O which were considered to be monomers are, in fact, dimers containing the bridge nuclei OH or O. (author)
