Description
We present an example that shows that the random phase approximation applied to high-Κ multi-quasiparticle configurations leads to a rotor picture. This is accomplished by calculating excitation energies and magnetic properties of 178W. We also deduce the effective gR of high-Κ rotors and compare it with that of low-Κ rotors. (author)
