Radon in drinking water

Description

Radon is soluble in water and it has been recognised for many years that radon in drinking water is a possible exposure route. This article discusses the situation in the UK. It is concluded that radon in public water supplies is not a significant public health issue but that a few private supplies might warrant further investigation. (Author)
