Cine cardiac imaging wih 0.2-T permanent-magnet MR
Creators
Description
Cine MR imaging has been recognized as a useful diagnostic method for cardiovascular diseases. The authors have evaluated the quantitative and clinical characteristics of cine cardiac images obtained with a 0.2-T permanent-magnet MR imaging system. The sequence for cine imaging is refocusing gradient echo (RGE), at a TE of 17 or 23 msec and a flip angle of 60 degrees - 90 degrees. Clinical cine images were obtained with cardiac-gated multiple excitations, which had 15-20 phases in one heart cycle
