A comparison of high-energy fission models

Description
A comparison of high-energy fission models which are suitable for incorporation in thick-target radiation transport codes is made. Model comparisons are given in terms of neutron production, fission fragment energy release, and residual nuclei production for high-energy protons incident on a thin uranium larget. The effect of the fission models on neutron production from thick targets is also shown. (orig.)
