Description
In this debate, all kinds of energy resources - conventional (including nuclear), and renewables, and energy conservation were discussed, with particular reference to application in the United Kingdom and to UK Government support. The choice of future reactor types between AGR and PWR was discussed. Existing research and development programmes on various energy sources were discussed. Questions of finance and economics were also discussed. (U.K.)
