Optimization of thermomechanical hardening using experimental design method
Creators
Description
The effect of high-temperature thermomechanical treatment (HTMT) on the structure and mechanical properties of the structural and corrosion-resistant steels is studied. Standard characteristics of the mechanical properties such as yield strength, instantaneous strength, percentage elongation, reduction of area, impact strength - served as the parameters for optimization. Regression equations, describing the dependence of the mechanical properties on the HTMT parameters, are obtained for all the material under investigation (08Kh18N10T, 08Kh18N12ABF, 08Kh18N12TF, 12Kh18N10t steels) and predetermined areas. As a result, constructed are the models, permitting to control the HTMO procedure aimed at the obtaining the predetermined level of mechanical properties
