Description

This paper described testing techniques with improved computer aided A/D converter characterization method for both γ total dose and neutron radiation environments. This method resolved 16 bit A/D converter converter code dynamic testing techniques. This method is applianced on 60 Co radiant point and neutron reactor, to validate the reinforced HWD771OAN A/D converter under total dose and neutron radiation. The results show that measurements of converter code dynamic testing is adequate for evaluation of A/D radiation effects test and validation. (authors)
