Development of precision depth selective Moessbauer spectroscopy on electron radiation
- 1. Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki, Almaty (Kazakhstan)
Description
The conditions of achievement a high resolving power of depth selective conversion electron Moessbauer spectroscopy (DS CEMS) method on combined facility beta-spectrometer - nuclear gamma resonance spectrometer are obtained. The essential step in the method progressing is made at its realization on a magnetic sector beta-spectrometer with double focusing, equipped with electrons source (sample) of a large area and position-sensitive detector. The symmetrical variant of a magnetic sector beta-spectrometer allowing to realize possibilities of the method more completely is presented. (author)
