Stress dependence of anomalous Hall effect in n-InSb

  • 1. Graz Univ. (Austria). Inst. fuer Theoretische Physik

Description

Consistent inclusion of the vector potential and the nonparabolicity in the impurity scattering leads to anomalous contributions in the Hall effect of n-InSb in the magnetic freeze-out regime. Their dependence on uniaxial stress is calculated. A measurable effect is found for stress up to 5 kbar. (author)
