Inner state estimation device for a light water cooled reactor
Description
The present invention provides an inner state estimation device for monitoring the state of the inside in a light water cooled reactor using boric acid as a chemical shim. That is, a plant model following after dynamic characteristics of an actual nuclear plant are described by non-linear equations to estimate the inner state of the reactor which can not be measured directly. In view of the above, this device is constituted with a calculation device, as estimation feed back device and a gain optimizing device. If the device of the present invention is used, even in a case upon operation under a great load change such as in the daytime load dependent operation, the state concerning the concentration of iodine and boron at the inside of the reactor core which can not be measured directly, can be recognized accurately with an on-line system. Further, highly accurate reactor power control of feeding back the inner state is also possible. (I.S.)
