Description

A method is developed for solving the Hartree-Fock-Bogolyubov equations for the rotational states of an axially deformed nucleus with a large moment. The method is based on the quasiclassical approximation and involves the application of the one-dimensional realization of the SU(2) group. The rotational states of two intersecting bands (group state band and band for two-quasi-particle excitation from the subshell with a maximal j at the Fermi surface) are found in the zero approximation with respect to interaction between them. The point of intersection of the bands corresponds to the vanishing of the two-quasi-particle excitation energy. The neutron quasi-particle excitations from the isub(13/2) subshell are calculated in the rectangular potential with model. The results of the calculations are in agreement with experiments
