Description
The T/sub c/(P) relation has been studied under pressures from 6.5 to 12.0 GPa for a p-type GaSb specimen with p = 2.5x1019 cm-3 and two n-type specimens with initial current carrier concentrations n = 1.5x1018 and 4x1017 cm-3. It was found that the critical temperature T/sub c/ of the GaSb II modification depends on the type and on the value of the initial concentration
