Physicochemical properties of tetramethylammonium polyiodoiodates
Description
X-ray diffraction data are obtained for polycrystal tetramethylammonium polyiodoiodate samples. Crystallographic parameters of tetramethylammonium triiodode, pentaiodide, and nanoiodadide samples are defined. Infrared spectra of these compounds are taken. Solubility of the compounds in aqueous-ethanol solutions is determined by the isothermal method at 25+-0.05 deg C. All polyiodoiodates are dissolved without decomposition, and their solubility decreases with ethanol content reduction
