Description
Glass crystallization of the V2O5-P2O5 system referred to a new class of oxide semiconducting materials has been studied for the first time. It is shown that only surface crystallization proceeds in the V2O5-P2O5 system glasses with the concentration of 33,3-70 mol.% of V2O5 alloyed above 1200 deg C during heat treatment below the temperature of deformation beginning (Td.b.). Volumetric crystallization is observed at temperatures above Td.b.; in glasses containing more than 50 mol.% of V2O5 it related to phase separation processes. Phase composition of glass crystallization products has been determined
