Description
Physical and mathematical models of cascade-probabilistic functions of secondary particles (neutrons, protons, α-particles, etc.) and radiation defects generation in thermonuclear reactor materials are worked out. Analytical expression for forming defects concentration distribution by TNR material depth is obtained. The mathematical analysis is cited and principal properties of cascade-probabilistic functions, energy spectra of primarily knock-out atoms and defects distribution by depth are determined
