Tumor of germinal cells: immature teratoma

Description
We present the case of a 30 year old women, which presents a great abdominal mass, the same that was originated from the pelvic region, to the epigastric and that, according to report of computerized tomography CT scan it would correspond to tumor of right annex. It was carried out an exploratory laparotomy, being able to extirpate the entire the tumor histopathological study reports teratoma malignant or immature teratoma. (The author)
