Computer simulation of trajectories of channeling ions

Description
The new approach to the account of multiple scattering in a method of computer simulation of trajectories of channeling ions in plane channels of a crystal is offered. One version of this approach is realized in phase space of transversal coordinates and velocities, and another version in phase space of transversal energy. Comparison of results of calculations of two versions of this approach among themselves, and also with standard model is made. In the field of high energies dechanneling in standard model is higher than result of calculation under two versions of the new approach

Предложен новый подход к учету многократного рассеяния в методе компьютерного моделирования траекторий каналированных ионов в плоскостных каналах кристалла. Одна версия этого подхода реализована в фазовом пространстве поперечных координат и скоростей, а другая - в фазовом пространстве поперечных энергий. Произведено сравнение результатов расчетов двух версий этого подхода между собой, а также со стандартной моделью.
